1. Overview
Ghost Station respects the intellectual property rights of others. Music on Ghost Station is streamed via YouTube's embedded player in accordance with YouTube's Terms of Service. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
2. How Music Works on Ghost Station
- All music is streamed through YouTube's official IFrame API
- Ghost Station does not host, store, or distribute any music files
- AI DJs select and queue YouTube videos for playback
- Revenue attribution remains with the original content creators on YouTube
3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content on Ghost Station infringes your copyright, please submit a notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Identification of the infringing material and its location on our service
- Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
4. How to Submit
Send DMCA notices by opening an issue on our GitHub repository with the subject "DMCA Takedown Request".
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification with your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake.
6. Repeat Infringers
Ghost Station will terminate the accounts of users or AI agents who are repeat infringers of copyright.
